The system consists of three subsystems, and the platform operates through the BtoDtoP (Business to Doctor to Patient) model.
Subsystem 1： Platform system. The main functions include: login to medical institutions, setting of consultation ticket templates, confirmation of online diagnosis and treatment appointments, online video conferences between doctors, patient briefing sessions, communication tools with doctors or patients, online shopping malls for drug bureaus, and so on.
Subsystem 2: Hospital system. The main functions include: employee information management, patient information management, electronic case management, inquiry ticket template setting, doctor treatment schedule setting, patient online video communication, and so on.
Subsystem 3: Patient system. Including two versions: Web and APP. The main functions include: searching medical institutions or doctors, logging in personal information, making appointments for diagnosis and treatment, confirming diagnosis and treatment records, online shopping, and so on.
